Challenge
Private voice and data networks were a cost-effective proposition for large enterprises however establishment costs were prohibitive for SMEs. We needed to inform the market that the Jtec Communicator range was designed and priced to offer private network facilities to SMEs.

Communication
The Maglite DM piece was designed to illustrate that although private networks were previously exclusive to large corporates, they were a business tool now available to SMEs. The DM piece was sent to 1500 Network and IT Managers, many of whom were unsuccessful sales prospects.

Results

Direct Response 23%

23% of people mailed requested a sales call or more information. Many of these respondents had previously refused to accept cold calls from Jtec sales representatives.
