Call Centres have become a necessary business tool to provide competitive customer service. For SMEs, the unpredictable expense that comes with operating a call centre is less than ideal. Jtec needed to inform the market that its Virtual Call Centre offered all call centre facilities at a fixed cost.
Communication
The "Supa Glue" DM piece immediately flagged the unique selling proposition offered by Jtec's Virtual Call Centre. It was mailed to a hired database of Call Centre Managers who were then followed up with telemarketing.
