Tony Carlon, Creative Partner

With more than 25 years experience in through-the-line marcomms and no hair left to lose, Tony is responsible for managing the agency’s creative output. Tony has worked across a wide range of industries with clients including Westfield, Pfizer, Schering, Dilmah Tea, TNT and Komatsu Australia.

Bruce Leong, Managing Partner

In the 1980s Bruce cut his teeth, and eventually his mullet, working on through-the-line campaigns across industries including insurance, finance, transport, construction, mining and IT. Bruce is now responsible for managing the agency’s client relationships and planning strategic marcomms campaigns.

Peter Barnes, Research and Planning Director

With a mind that’s quicker than Usain Bolt, Peter is responsible for directing and facilitating the agency’s research, strategic planning and channel planning. Peter has worked for clients including Pfizer, Merial, Unilever, Reckitt Benkiser, Kimberly-Clark, Kellogg’s, Audi, Federal Government, OPSM, RAMS, and BlueScope Steel.

Sharon Foster, Account Director

Underneath Sharon’s cool, calm exterior lies a marcomms mind as sharp as her dress code. With experience in Europe, the US and Australia on both the agency and client side, Sharon worked the last 5 years as BlueScope Steel National Marketing Communications Manager before joining Carlon Leong as Account Director.

Brad Wickham, Digital Account Director

The only person in the agency with anything that resembles broad shoulders, if you want something done give it to Brad. Responsible for planning and producing the agency’s online campaigns and websites, Brad provides the methodical thinking and attention to detail necessary to ensure our clients’ digital projects are realised to meet their objectives.
